- Buyer Affiliates (Supporters) .Buyer affiliates (supporters) are com users and others who are committed to bringing projects to life.
- Affiliate Collaborators .Contributing Affiliates are other parties that Creator Affiliates may appoint to help manage their projects, including providing project marketing, updating project information, and coordinating reward fulfillment. These contributing Affiliates may access personal information available to Creators (including purchasing Affiliate (backer) names, email addresses, pledged amounts, reward selections, messages, and survey responses) and are required to treat supporting Affiliate’s personal information with the same care and respect as Creator Affiliates.
- Creator Affiliates . Creator affiliates are other parties who create and run projects on the com platform . Buyer affiliates (supporters) purchase various projects from the creator affiliate in the hope of getting a reward.
- Personal information . Any information that directly or indirectly identifies you in combination with other data about you. Personal information does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified or aggregated.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time as privacy laws or our practices change. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. If you continue to use lnkbiz.com after a change, we will assume that you accept the then-current version of the Policy. Our primary service is a B2B (Business to Business) marketplace platform and business ecosystem for creative projects. - When Creator Affiliates, Collaborating Affiliates and Purchasing Affiliates (Supporters) provide us with personal information directly (such as when creating an account);

- From other parties (such as Inkbiz.com’s trusted payment provider).
To create an account on lnkbiz.com and use our Services, we collect and process certain personal information. Depending on your use of our Services, this personal information may include:

- Details of any transactions you make through the Services, such as who you paid, the date of payment, and what reward you received. com partners with Paypal and Stripe for payment processing, and the payment information you submit is collected and used by Paypal and Stripe in accordance with their privacy practices ( read Stripe’s Privacy Policy and read Paypal’s Privacy Policy ). lnkbiz.com only stores the last four digits of your credit card or bank account number (as applicable), expiration date, and country, which we require for tax, regulatory, and security purposes. We do not store full payment card or bank account details.
- Information about your interactions with com , including your use of our website and mobile application, such as your IP address, approximate location information, your device identifier, the type of device or browser you use, and your actions during your visit, including how you navigate within our website or mobile application. - When you use our mobile application, depending on the settings you select, we may collect your mobile device identifier and information about your approximate location and network connections, receive usage data from your device, execute it at device startup, and prevent your device from going to sleep.

This information is typically only processed when you voluntarily choose to provide it to us. For example, lnkbiz.com sends optional surveys to Creator Affiliates that collect demographic data from Creator Affiliates, including things like gender identity and sexual orientation. The results of these demographic surveys are used by lnkbiz.com to improve the Creator Affiliate experience. The demographic information we collect includes personal information that may qualify as sensitive personal information under various privacy laws.
You may refuse to provide us with your personal information. However, this may limit your ability to register an account, create or support a project, or use our Services. You can review, update, or delete your account through your account settings .
Professional information
Professional information , such as your resume or CV, employment and education history, professional licenses and certifications, salary expectations, and the names and contact information of your references
- Employee onboarding information , such as identity documents, tax identification number or social security number, work authorization information, emergency contacts, and benefits administration information
- Optional demographic information , such as gender identity, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, disability, and military status
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide the personal information that lnkbiz.com requests during the application process. Personal information shared publicly on lnkbiz.com
When you create an account, we create a basic profile page for you on lnkbiz.com , containing your username, the date your account was created, and the number of projects you have supported or launched. By default, your profile is set to private and will only publicly display your username and avatar, the date your account was created, and the number of projects you have supported or launched. You can choose to make it public in your account settings. Your username appears, for example, with the comments you post and messages you send on lnkbiz.com , and if your profile is set to public, people can click on your username to see more information about you. If you make your profile public, others will be able to see the following things:
- the username of the account you select and the date the account was created;
- any personal information you choose to add to your profile (such as your avatar, bio, location, time zone or website);
- projects you purchased (but not the promised amounts or chosen rewards);
- projects you have created;
- comments you posted on com ;
- other fields that we may add from time to time.
You may also modify or delete certain personal information associated with your account through your account settings , where you can also change your privacy settings. You may delete your entire account by submitting a privacy request via legal.Inkbiz.com.com .
Creator affiliates are required to verify their identities before launching a project. Once this is done, it will be publicly displayed on their account profile and on any projects they launch. Contributor affiliates are not verified and instead are invited by creator affiliates and sign up for an account on lnkbiz.com (more information on Contributor affiliates can be found here ).
Personal information shared with creators and contributors
Creator Affiliates and Contributing Affiliates are essential to lnkbiz.com ’s services , as they provide the projects that drive our mission. Given this responsibility, Creators and Contributors are bound by this Policy and may only use the personal information they receive from lnkbiz.com for compliance purposes. When “Creator Affiliate” is used in this section, we are also referring to its Contributing Affiliates.
When a Backer pledges to support a project, the Creator Affiliate will receive personal information about the Backer, including the Backer’s name and the amount pledged. If the project is successful, Creator Affiliates will receive additional personal information from the Backer, such as an email address and other profile details. This allows Creator Affiliates to directly send a survey requesting any information needed to provide the rewards the Backer requests, such as a mailing address or t-shirt size.
Creator Affiliates are required to keep Backers’ personal information confidential and may only use Backers’ personal information they obtain from lnkbiz.com as strictly necessary to communicate with Backers directly and provide rewards. Creators may not sell any personal information or use it for targeted advertising purposes.
Creator Affiliates never receive buyers’ credit card details or other payment information. Creator Affiliates should also not ask for personal information that is not necessary to provide your reward, and should never ask for sensitive personal information, such as an identification number or payment information. Please contact us at if you receive a request for personal information that seems inappropriate or excessive.
Collaborating Affiliates are other parties that Creator Affiliates may appoint to help manage their project. These Collaborating Affiliates may access the personal information made available to Creator Affiliates and are equally bound by this Privacy Policy and are required to treat Sponsor Personal Information with the same care and respect as Creator Affiliates. Any Creator Affiliate who chooses to add a Collaborating Affiliate to a project must do so only in a manner that complies with all other lnkbiz.com privacy and personal information sharing practices . Regardless of whether the Collaborating Affiliate is an individual or a fulfillment company, Collaborating Affiliates are prohibited from using Sponsor Personal Information provided to them by Creator Affiliates for any purpose other than fulfillment and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
Affiliate creators and contributors can also receive routine traffic analytics about their project pages and project marketing.
lnkbiz.com reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension, for any creator affiliate or collaborating affiliates who violate any requirement or limitation set forth in this Policy .
Links to other websites and services
lnkbiz.com website and app may include links to other websites or services whose privacy practices may differ from ours. When you follow a link to a website or service outside of the lnkbiz.com platform , the privacy policy and other disclosures for that website or service will govern its processing of your personal information.
Children's personal information
lnkbiz.com does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to register an account on lnkbiz.com or commit to supporting projects. You must be at least 18 years old to run a project as a creator affiliate or be named a contributing affiliate.
If you believe that someone under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, or that someone under the age of 18 is a creator affiliate or contributing affiliate on an lnkbiz.com project , please contact us at . If we learn that we have received personal information from someone under the age of 16, we will delete that personal information in accordance with applicable law. We will take appropriate steps to remove projects run by individuals under the age of 18.
