These are the terms that apply when you back a project during an active campaign before the funding deadline:

• You will only be charged when you purchase the project. You will provide your payment information when you make your project purchase. The amount you paid for the purchase is the amount that com will collect. If the project does not reach its fundraising goal, you will receive the amount you paid for the purchase.
• In some cases, we will reserve the charge on your card. com and its payment processors may authorize or reserve a charge on your credit card (or any payment method you use) for any amount up to the full purchase amount, at any time between the date you make a purchase.
• You can cancel your purchase at any time before the project funding deadline (with one exception). You can cancel your purchase at any time during the project campaign, with one exception. During the last 24 hours of a campaign, you cannot cancel your purchase without contacting com customer support first, in case it causes the project to fall below its funding goal. Once the project is funded, you can only cancel your purchase by making special arrangements directly with the creator affiliate. lnkbiz.com is not responsible for cancellations or refunds.

These are the terms that apply when you purchase a project after the successful completion of the project’s campaign:

• You are charged at the time of purchase .If you make a late purchase, your card will be charged immediately.
• You cannot cancel or change your purchase. However, you can request a refund from the creator affiliate. com is not responsible for cancellations or refunds.

These are the terms that apply to all purchases , whether made during the project campaign or as a later purchase:

• The estimated fulfillment date is the creator affiliate’s estimate. If the creator affiliate has offered rewards, any months and years given for each reward are only the creator affiliate’s estimate and are not a guarantee that they will fulfill by that time. The timeline may change as the creator affiliate works on the project. We urge creator affiliates to plan carefully, set estimated delivery dates that they feel confident they can work within, and communicate with purchasing affiliates about any changes.
• The creator affiliate may need to ask you questions about any rewards you have selected. The creator affiliate may need information from you, such as your mailing address or t-shirt size, for example. They will ask for this information after the campaign has been successfully funded or, if you have made a late purchase, after you have paid for the late purchase. In order to receive any rewards, you will need to provide the information within a reasonable amount of time. Creator affiliates should not ask for personal information that is not necessary to provide your reward, and should never ask for sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security number or payment information. Please contact us at Support if you receive a request for information that seems inappropriate or excessive.
• com does not offer refunds. The responsibility for completing a project lies entirely with the affiliate creator of the project. Inkbiz.com does not hold funds on behalf of creators, cannot and does not guarantee the work of creators, and does not offer refunds.

These are the terms that apply when you create and run a project:

• You can refund individual purchases if you wish. After your project has been funded, you can cancel and refund the collected purchase from a purchasing affiliate at any time. If you refund the payment in full for a purchasing affiliate’s purchase, you will no longer have any obligation to that specific purchasing affiliate, and the agreement between you and the purchasing affiliate will be terminated.
• We will charge our fees before sending funds to your bank account. com and its payment processors will deduct applicable fees before transmitting the proceeds from a campaign.
• Some pledges cannot be collected, which may reduce the amount of funding you receive. Because some payments cannot be collected—for example, when a purchasing affiliate’s credit card expires before the end of a campaign and updated information is not provided—the amount of funding you receive may not equal the full amount pledged (minus fees).
• We will attempt to help resolve payment disputes. If a purchasing affiliate of your project disputes the charge with your issuer, we will resubmit the charge to resolve the dispute with the issuer. You will be notified that a dispute has been filed and may be asked to provide evidence to help us resolve the dispute in your favor. If the dispute is found to be valid, you will be responsible for the amount of the chargeback and authorize us to charge the credit card you provided to us for such purposes when you initiated your project for the amount of the dispute.
• Be prepared for delays. Don’t assume that you’ll be able to launch your project when you want; there may be a reason why we can’t approve it immediately after submission, or there may be an issue that will take time to resolve. Don’t assume that you’ll be able to collect your funding immediately; there may be a delay between the end of a successful campaign and your access to the funds. Don’t act on the assumption that you’ll collect any promised funds at a certain point in time. We recommend that you wait until you’re actually able to withdraw the funds from your account and spend them.
• Late Purchases. Our late purchase feature allows creator affiliates to continue collecting funds from new creator affiliates after their crowdfunding campaign has ended, but only until such time as they are ready to fulfill the rewards they offered. Creator affiliates must enable the late purchase feature and can do so before and during their live campaign. The late purchase functionality cannot be enabled after a live campaign has ended. If you have signed up to use this feature and the feature is enabled, the following additional terms apply:
  • You may not offer the same reward levels that were available during the live campaign at a lower contribution amount than what was offered during the live campaign. These reward levels must be offered at the same or a higher contribution amount.
  • You may only accept late purchases until such time as you are ready to fulfill the rewards you have offered. You are responsible for disabling the late purchase functionality, which can be done by disabling the late purchase functionality in the project build.
  • While com may send you reminders, including by periodic email, when you download your buyer report or submit a buyer survey, you are responsible for ensuring that the late purchase functionality is disabled or notifying lnkbiz.com immediately to disable it when you are ready to receive rewards.
  • Once processed, past due commitments will be paid to creator affiliates on a periodic basis, the exact timing of which may vary depending on factors such as processing time and meeting any reasonable minimum payout amount established by com .
  • Late purchases are subject to the same fees charged by com on active campaign pledges and incur the same payment processing fees.
